What data we process
Only the data you send us yourself, such as your name, email address and message when you contact us by email or through the contact form.
Why and on what basis
We use this data solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare or perform an agreement with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or based on our legitimate interest in responding to business contacts (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
We keep correspondence no longer than necessary for the purpose, unless a longer period is required by law (for example the 7-year Dutch fiscal retention obligation for business records).
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers (such as our email provider) where needed, under appropriate agreements.
